Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the personal nature of our products and their potential contact with body parts or bodily fluids, we do not accept returns. This policy is in place to ensure that every customer receives items that are brand new and never used.

We do not offer refunds. However, we do process exchanges for defective items purchased directly from TheAdultEmporium.com or in-store within 30 days of purchase. A valid receipt is required for in-store purchases, and an order confirmation email is required for online orders. For any issues beyond 30 days, please refer to the manufacturer’s return policy.

Please note: Any packages returned without a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be discarded and will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
